Preliminary Data Collection for R&D Methodology

RnD Consulting, Inc. (“RnD”) shall treat all Client information and relationships as confidential and will not disclose Client’s information, including Client’s financial, tax, proprietary product or process information, to anyone outside of RnD without the Client’s written permission, except as required by law or regulation, provided that, in any such event, RnD will provide Client with prompt written notice prior to any such disclosure so that Client may obtain a protective order for such information and, in the event that a protective order or other remedy is not obtained, RnD will furnish only that portion of the such information that is legally required to be furnished.  RnD may use cloud-based technology for collection, storage, transfer or to other RnD employees and will provide appropriate levers of security and/or encryption as necessary
